about what is enough when it comes to your progress, your transformation, to receive

what you truly deserve and desire and ready to break it down very, very clearly because

many people, and I'm not saying this is you, but many people will fall into a trap where they think they will be able to achieve certain goals

based on a certain point set.

Now what I mean by that is I remember when I was back at school, now I wasn't a very good student at school.

I was getting some C's, D's, and I mean, I didn't even progress through college or anything like that, dropped out.

And I remember my mentality.

You see, I was thinking that if I was just good enough, I would scrape through.

If I was just to get that C, then everything would be okay. Now, to a degree, it did allow me to

get to where I wanted. But the problem was was it caused me to not achieve what I really wanted

or to not experience the type of grades that I really wanted. And I noticed that many people go

through this in terms of their goals, their outcomes. Wherever you want to drop weight, you might go, well, if I'm good enough

just to let go of four pounds, but eventually you might get maybe a three pound drop in weight,

or you might get the four pounds, but then quickly just pile it back on. Now, to to me it is about the psychology of what is

enough you see to me good enough will not change the world it really won't good enough is not

going to allow you to experience emotional freedom if you you aim for average, you will only ever get average or below.

And I want you to think about that for a second.

Whatever your goal is, you can get that more often than not,

but nothing really above that.
