| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone, Vancouver Radio, episode number 362, short Monday show. I was at a seminar teaching, |
| 0:08.1 | London not so long ago and a great topic came up around consistency with diet. Go off on a tangent that we haven't |
| 0:15.2 | really explored before. Enjoy. I'll see you at the other end. So I put this as the first talking |
| 0:22.0 | point when Dan said what should we talk about on stage. I put this as the first talking point when Dan said what should we talk about on stage |

| 1:18.2 | And then you as a person start to write down the reasons. |
| 1:21.4 | And you'll problem solve so quickly and it might be as simple as |
| 1:26.1 | like I'll go to the shop and I never buy enough food. Okay so you now need a |
| 1:30.6 | midweek shop we need a bigger shop at the weekend so you can buy enough food to eat properly a week. |
| 1:36.0 | I prepare breakfast but I always make bad decisions at lunch. Why do you make bad decisions at lunch? |
