Welcome back to the Girls Gone Wad Podcast, happy Thanksgiving.

This week we are doing a showering of gratitude from some of our listeners and I'm just

going to do a quick solo intro to answer some of your questions that you posted last

weekend when I was coming home from puppy sitting cadets so hope you are enjoying your

time with family or friends giving if you're in the United States the holiday of eating

the food and watching the football and just being grateful for everything that we have

in our lives.

Let's start out with how did it go with turning in cadet really quick.

It was really hard for me to talk about right when it happened and so I'm going to keep

her brief.

It was really tough to turn her in.

As most of you know from listening to either this podcast or that this is Joanne Claire

podcasts, we have been puppy racing for Canaan Companions to raise a service dog so she

has been in training with us for about 19 months.

We turned her over to the training facility where she will enter advanced training for

about six months and then at that time they will decide if she's going to be a service

dog or a facility dog which is what JT was where you work in a medical facility or some

type of facility where you're helping patients.

At any time she could be sent home you know they could determine that she's not ready

or they could determine that she's not fit to be a service dog which is fine then she

would come home to us as a pet but right now we're just waiting we'll probably get her

first report end of December I'm guessing and that just kind of tells us how she's doing.
