Summary

While Christians rightly value unity, some believe that we should not “get political” or divide over politics. Some advocate for Christians to keep their politics to themselves, while others teach we should “just preach the gospel.” In today’s episode, Natasha and Alisa discuss what true biblical unity looks like, and how Christians should engage politically in this cultural moment.

0:34.8	Quote, there are state laws banning the freedom to choose, criminalizing doctors, forcing survivors of
0:40.9	rape and incest to leave their states to get the treatment they need.
0:44.8	Many of you in this chamber and my predecessor are promising to pass a national ban on reproductive
0:49.4	freedom. My God, what freedom else would you take away?
0:53.6	Those bragging about overturning Roe v. Wade
0:55.9	have no clue about the power of women,
0:58.2	but they found out.
0:59.4	When reproductive freedom was on the ballot,

1:25.1	including Elisa and I, were still particularly appalled by his clear disdain for those who hold
1:30.2	a pro-life position.
1:31.6	Is calling abortion a quote-unquote treatment, is braise and promise
1:35.3	to restore Roe v. Wade as the law of the land, and his statement implying that every woman wants
1:39.6	what he calls, quote-unquote, reproductive freedom. As Christians started
1:43.8	posting comments about these things on social media it wasn't long
1:46.6	before other Christians started applying with comments like hey we shouldn't
