| 1:18.8 | And 75% to 90% of all doctors' office visits are for stress-related ailments and complaints. |

| 1:28.8 | So I always like to say, at any time during the day, you can press the reset button, right? |
| 1:34.8 | And reset your day, just like you reboot your computer when it's not functioning properly. |
| 1:39.8 | So here are my five tips to reset your day and help you reduce stress. |
| 1:45.8 | Step one is exercise, right? |
| 1:48.8 | Exercise is going to raise your endorphins. |
| 1:50.8 | It's going to get your heart rate up and that is going to help you reduce your stress. |
| 1:54.8 | So take a walk in nature, dance to your favorite music, ride a bike, anything that you enjoy doing is going to help reduce your stress. |
