Hey everyone, welcome to Mentally Chill.

This is the last episode of Mentally Chill in the year 2017.

The next one will obviously be out in 2019, skipping 18 because I'm a little lazy, so just kidding. The next one will be out in 2018.

However, I think this episode is going to be very representative of every one of my New Year's

Eve's in my life, which is kind of disappointing. I'm still home for the holidays and I didn't bring back my

recording equipment because I didn't think I was going to be here this long. And if I was here

this long, I thought, well, I won't put an episode out because it'll be Christmas and they'll

understand. But then I rethought that and I don't put an episode out because it'll be Christmas and they'll understand.

But then I rethought that and I don't like the idea of not having an episode out.

So what we're doing this week is putting an episode out recorded on my cell phone.

So if you're wondering why the quality of this episode is so good, you can thank iPhones and Apple.
