Hey Lawrence, why don't you give everybody

a run down a little bit of bio maybe on you so they get to know you better.

Well I've been in the business this is my 38th year I started in real estate right out of graduate of the University of Oregon.

I had a buddy who was a year ahead of me and funny story.

I was at a party and he pulled up in this party and he was driving a, you know, a year out of college and he was driving a

Mercedes 450 SL convertible. I'm going, Mike, you know, what's going on here?

And he just said, no, he's in real estate,

and he had an interesting background,
