2:17.0	I, when I was 16 years old, my mom bought the house across the street for $34,000 and two years later when I graduated it
2:25.5	was worth 55,000 and although I didn't do really good at math I was able to do that calculation

2:34.6	actually went to school when I was 17 and back then you could you could actually go
2:38.5	all the way through and get a broker's license without actually working for an agency.
