it's not so much doing the drug, it's the waiting to get it. You know? So if you can create a situation in your life where you have this like delay gratification that you get so excited because you're about to do something, like, bro, I get excited when I wake up in the morning now, because I'm like, nice, I get a whole new day in the morning now because I'm like nice I get a whole new day to do my routine to hit my breath work I'm gonna you know I'm gonna train a little bit in the morning I'm gonna go into this work day and fucking crush it and you start to

rewire your dopamine system to crave those things and it does become like a drug

but fortunately that that drug is not going to destroy your life it's going to help other

people I mean it's the same trigger that allows you to be successful in business

that ultimately can end up you being homeless, a junkie, and killing yourself, in my opinion.
