I'm so happy that you're here as I always am because if I were just here by myself and you guys weren't listening

I'd be super lonely right now. So right on for you being here and today I want to

talk about communication, effective communication, and what happens in our lives when we don't effectively communicate.

And when I say effectively communicate what I really am talking about is expressing

ourselves expressing our emotions. It could be in relationships. It could be a difficult conversation that you need to have.

It could be mourning the loss of something. But something happens when we don't honor the way that we feel. And a lot of the times as my friend

Chris Carver would say you get issues in your tissues. So I have a really great guest today on the show. Her name is Dr. Nijas San Juan and she's someone

who actually we were both speaking at an I can do it hey house event I think a couple of 2013 maybe and I

saw her talk and thought it was great and I loved her whole entire trip and I feel

like I'm really attracted to people who have

their Dark Night of the Soul experience that experience then profoundly impacts

what they do going forward and Neeia is basically the same. I reconnected with her this past

summer at Soul Camp West where we were in the same house and I was like oh hey I

totally know you we have all

these mutual friends and we started talking and I listened to the talk that she

gave and I was really inspired by what she had to say because she's an actual

MD and she's really bringing in the
