I am your host Terry Cole, which you already know, and I just want to say how happy I am that you decided to hang

out with me for about a half an hour and just chill talking about stuff today. What are we going to talk about? We are going to talk about your career.

How do you feel about your career?

Are you happy with what you're doing? Do you wish you were doing something else?

Did you always have a dream to do something else? But honestly, down deep, you feel like that boat

has sailed for you? Is it too late for you to change your mind? Do you

think that it's too late? Because if you're not in your head, and I know that many of you are because I've gotten so many emails in the past six months of people asking me specifically

how I changed from being a talent agent to becoming a psychotherapist and to really what I'm doing now.

So I've had a bunch of career changes in my life and I personally believe that everyone has five really good careers in them or

more it's possible for you to do whatever you want at any stage or any point in your life.

So I want to answer a bunch of questions that people have asked me and the beginning is just to start with the first question that came in and I just have a list that I'm going off of was what motivated me to leave a fancy career as a talent agent

I was representing supermodels for those of you who don't know my backstory. I was running a talent agency that was Bicostal in New York and LA

and I was negotiating contracts most of the time for supermodels for either panteen deals that type of thing

or TV and film contracts and I knew for probably three years that I should leave that business before I did it.

And really what happened in my own career, and I know that this has happened for many other

people because they tell me me is that I believed that success and

money would create the feelings that I was seeking in my life and so the more successful I became by the time I was running this bi-coastal talent agency was only 31 years old
