Hey guys, Trish Blackwell here with From the Inside Out Podcast slash Confidence on the Go Podcast go podcast man let me tell you I am really

having some technology problems a lot of you have noted to me that you're having a

hard time finding episodes number 33

and 32 in your iTunes or in Stitcher, depending upon which you listen to.

And first and foremost, I do want to apologize I

have been a wrecking my brain silly and reaching out to my friend Chris who's

just like the podcast guru and together we cannot figure out what happened and I think what happened is I was so

determined to change the show name that I went in and I kind of finagled it

myself and I should know better than that I am not a super tech savvy and I

certainly shouldn't have been messing around with the feeds and to post a

podcast I typically have to go through quite a few steps the first is to

record the second is to edit the third is to upload it to one excuse me drag it

to iTunes tag it identify it then load it to another site that then becomes, I'm not sure what that site does,

and then it also connects to another feeder site, and then I posted it on my block.

So in those steps somewhere, I don't know, it went wrong. So I just want to let you know that my

mission for today is to get that fixed. Thank you for everyone who told me about the problem.

The other thing is if there's ever any question and you are looking for the next

episode one thing I do know for sure is that they are able to be listened to on Trish

Blackwell.com so that's my little bit about that.
