Wodcast podcast with your guest for the day evening, whatever it is for you. Our guest is Mike Anderson of Cross Fit Malibu.

Very interesting guy who has been in the fitness industry practically his entire life.

Great coach, great owner, great now he's a L1 cert seminar instructor and had a lot of great things to say. We recorded the

episode today down at Cross Fit Malibu but right now I am

bumpering the show so sometimes I have to do these later. I recorded all of

this earlier with him and realized the recorder wasn't on because I didn't have

machetty with me. We recorded at 9 a.m. and that's

Machetty's never seen at 9 a.m. He's like Sasquatch at that time. If he's

seen people like I think I saw them, they think they've seen them at 9 a.m.

But it was way too early for him.

So I didn't make him come up to Malibu where we did the show.

We are looking for...

Machetty does the show practically all the time or one of his employees. We need an intern. We need

someone the other show, the bingle show that I do. We've got lots of interns.

It's really fun. We hang out. You get to meet all these people. It's a very

interesting business. Trying to learn
