Our perspective is really, really important.

And it's because it is the way that we see reality.

It's what we, the story in our mind, you know, the how we think of the world.

And little inflections and our thinking and our perception about things add up to this macro sense of self

and this macro sense of reality and all of that of course is working together with your emotional resonance you know with your

memory with your conditioned responses and reactions and all this stuff creating

this whole complete sense of self and the organism as a whole.

And so being conscious of your perspective in cultivating some conscious focus

so that you have a say in what that big picture sense of self

and in reality that you're perceiving is like. And that's really valuable and that's what's really important.

And so, you know, the world is,

you can look at it as a cold machine, you know,

the full of frustration and anger and pain.

Or you can look at it as a beautiful mystery full of harmony and love and beauty and connection

and magic. You know, both of those things exist in the universe.

And they're, you know, it's not one or the other.

That's kind of one of the funny things to me is that, you know, back in the, in the old days,

10 years ago, people would ask me a lot about like, are you a, a you know are you more of a scientific materialist

or you more of a spiritual person or whatever I'm like what's with the incessant need to draw

lines around everything it's like it's just I could say it depends on what side of the bed I wake

up on it's just our perception and those those lanes that are created, those are just entry points into reality.
