I just think about life and moments, you know.

If we consider what's actually happening in our life outside of the narrative of our

mind, you know, we, it gets pretty weird.

It's just a series of moments that are all put together in that often are not

really connected it's like slices of reality that are just put together like a loaf of bread

and our mind creates a story to connect all of them so we'll have context for our own existence.

Okay, maybe this was a little bit of a heavy way to start a podcast. I don't know.

But I do think about that. It's like, you know, at one moment you're in your kitchen having

coffee and then you're in your car and then you're, you know, maybe you're

at work and then you're at dinner with a friend and then you're back home and you think the

story in your mind is, oh, I got up, I went to work and I went out to dinner and came home.

But really what was happening is that you just existed in these various vectoral spaces of space and time.

And they were just the, you were just a person in a room and that was what was happening.

You were just existing and doing that in this moment.

Then you were a person in a car.

Then you were a person at an office. And then you were in this moment. Then you were a person in a car,

then you were a person at an office, and then you were in a separate moment,

you were at a person at a place eating dinner with someone else.

Now, just all these individual chunks of time

that melt into each other,

where they appear to, but they really don't.

All right, back to reality.
