We're so thankful for, you know, the growth we've had in 2021 and all the new incredible listeners that have come over, you know, maybe such as yourself or maybe being here from the start. Regardless, you know, you're part of the family and we thank you so much, especially those of you that the time to share it and to let us know it's really cool to see you know people just listening to tons and tons of episodes and hours and hours of this podcast even for the people that start at one and they go all the way through and they're fully caught up that is incredible you know the amount of knowledge you're getting there entirely for free is just so great so maybe you just stumble on us now and you want to say hey you know like i can't wait for new episodes dive into some of those old ones there's some hidden gems there promise you there's tons of knowledge you know especially uh kind of getting uh different uh thoughts and opinions for me and kyle is we're doing different things in our lives right you know sometimes we're balking we're shred, getting ready for a meat, really focused on growth in one area or another, and there's just so much to be had there. So I just wanted to say quick, thank you to everyone. We have a jam-packed episode today. We're going to be talking thoughts on intermittent fasting, 75 hard, which we get asked a lot about, how to make it easier to work out of more. And this is mailbox Monday where we share our quotes, give you some thoughts as to what's on our mind, what's going on our lives. Shut up a client and then jump right into those questions. So without further ado, what's your quote, Mr. Coach Kyle? So my quote for this week, and it kind of inspired me because I was thinking about like what my strategy is for the shred that we have currently going on. And then I thought of just keeping things like simple and keeping the main thing, the main thing, right? So the quote is, and it's a bit of a tongue twister here, so you're going to have to listen to it. The main thing is to keep the main thing, the main thing. And it sounds kind of confusing. But when when you actually kind of think about it, it's just for me personally, the way I've always lived my life is just keeping things, you know, essentially simple. And I relate this to the fitness journey because I just made a post on Instagram the other day of just, you know, a two and a half week physique update, you know, been cutting now, lost about five pounds. And, you know, my strategy as i was putting together the caption i'm like wow this is this is pretty simple right and you know as we're talking about intermittent fasting and keto and get asked a million things i'm like if you just keep the main thing the main thing and stay consistent with that you'll see great progress but where i see a lot of people just struggle is they you know they do something for a week and then they become obsessed with a fat burn, they do something for a week and then they, they become obsessed with a fat burner. They do something for a week and then

2:37.6

they're like, oh, you know what? I didn't drop a pound this week. I'm going to go full keto or just, you know, take this crazy supplement or do this fat. And I always talk about and hopefully this can, you know,

2:46.4

finally get through to some of you who still do this to this day.

2:49.0

After years and years of doing this or even just of listening to us,

2:51.9

I still find so many people are just like obsessed with that.

2:54.4

So focus on the fundamentals, the stuff that works, the basics, and keep doing that over and over and over again. That's what I'm doing. I'm not anyone special. When you read the caption of me just kind of posing there, you know, just looking a little bit vascular and whatnot. It's just, it's no, it's not rocket science. It's just been keeping it the main thing and hopefully that helps someone today. That got me looking a little bit of vascular. Yeah. I mean, I had a, I had a pump like after the workout. I'm like, that's it, man. If you got it, flaunted, am I right? Yeah, that's a huge quote.

3:25.1

I feel like this may have been my quote one week.

3:27.3

I could be wrong or something like it. I've definitely heard it and I love it. So I'm really happy you brought that one up again. And there's just so many good quotes. You know, every week I'm like, oh, what if I run out of good quotes? and I find one that I like more and more.

3:38.9

So if there's a quote that's really impactful to you as well,

3:41.4

you know, hit us up on Instagram,

3:42.4

at Kloss Fit, C-O-L-S-S-S-U-S-F-I-T, we love being able to talk with all y'all and, you know, hear more about your journeys. And some of my favorite quotes are actually shared with me. And this is a quote that was actually shared with me, which is really cool. And this is by Anthony Hopkins. And this is just such a killer quote.

3:57.5

You know,

3:58.6

kind of stopped me in my tracks.

3:59.2

And I'm like, ooh,

4:00.3

I really love this. So especially with New York, which is really cool. And this is by Anthony Hopkins. And this is just such a killer quote. You know,

3:57.6

kind of stopped me in my tracks.

3:58.7

And I'm like, ooh,

3:59.2

I really love this.

4:00.4

So especially with New Year's kind of around the corner, I thought this was super applicable. And here's why. So the quote is from Anthony Hopkins. He's a beast of an actor. And his quote is, my philosophy is, it's not of my business what people say of me and think of me.
