How the flipping do-dle-do are you doing today?

So, today I want to talk about this kind of block that a huge

amount of people have around themselves and value in what they offer as a person.

So, as you know over the last sort of year or so,

I've struggled a lot financially and in business

with what we've been creating, You know building awesome supplements was a huge

financial strain on me, the business, everything that we were doing. You know there was lots of

changes going on in the BTN Academy. It took a lot of time, it took a lot of effort, we're nearly of that process was getting caught in the pattern of just building and writing and growing and

like having my head down. Now we all go through phases in life where we need to kind of step back we need to

hibernate a little we need to regroup we need to do some work we need to build

some stuff and then we need to go out there and show the world it.

And the reason I bring this up is we've just sat down as a company,

as a team, as a collection of people on a mission to inspire and change lives and we've had our best month in business for a long time.

We've recruited new gyms to sell our supplements, we have done a very successful vegan

protein launch and everyone's loving it. We've made some headway in a new

education partnership like we're doing great things but for us to do that we actually just

nipped our head out of the parapet and we went out there and we really told the world how amazing we are.

And actually we only did it as a small percentage of our time because there's still quite a lot going on.

And I sat down with my team today this week and said, do you know what?
