Kind of the simplicity of where all the stuff that I talk about on the podcast here, you know,

that I write about, things have always been teaching.

You know, it all comes back down, like all the roads lead to the same thing.

And we, of course, like like complicate stuff we search for nuance

we put certain things in certain contexts to see how it kind of how it wiggles and bombs it's like

you know here's this way of thinking and this tool that you can use.

And here's how it looks at work.

And here's how it looks in a relationship.

And here's how it looks with you, like internally.

You know, all these things that just get sort of turned into a lot of different ideas

and types of things that are functional or useful or kind of different

angles to rotate an idea and look at and different kind of branches growing off the tree

of wisdom and of teaching and insight. But ultimately, you know, I was thinking about that

this morning, is that it really comes back down,

all of that stuff feeds back down to one singular thing.

And ultimately, you can, you know, you can read all the books and listen to all the podcasts

and take all the courses and everything.

But if you don't really like put that stuff into action in a day,

in an authentic day-to-day way that's really functional,

then it doesn't really get you too far.

You know, it can give you some insights,

which can be useful so you can see yourself,
