Welcome back to the show episode 343.

So today I'm excited because I'm going to be introducing a new series here on the podcast.

I don't have a catchy name for it yet.

I'm sure we'll figure one out, but I wanted to share with you some of my experiences as

a parent and obviously as a father, but some of the leadership lessons that I am learning

along the way trying to figure out this incredibly rewarding, but oftentimes challenging and

maddening job of being a parent, especially of two young boys, five and my younger

son, JP just turned three.

And you know, I started sharing some of these stories on our email list last year.

And I just started thinking that these conversations, I think, would be much better suited for

the podcast here.

And I know that many of you are parents and you know, if you're new to the show, maybe

you don't yet, family is a core value of mine.

It's a value that is way higher than financial success.

And it's not that I don't want to be financially successful, but when I think of the greatest

gifts that I've been given in my journey as an entrepreneur, the person that I've become

along the way is by far one of the things I value the most and how that translates

for me is it's the kind of husband I am, but the kind of father I am to my two young
