Hey, and we've got Chris Jensen, hey Chris, how you doing,

joining us from his living room in Portland?

I'm doing great, and actually I'm in my kids toy room.

It's turned into a makeshift office. Wonderful. Hey you know you guys this might be our

most important podcast probably the one we've planned the least for we don't have a

lot of notes we're're just going to talk,

but it's about something we've just kind of kicked off today, and it's a movement of sorts that we want to share with our

listeners, but also talk about the principles underline it, and it has to do about with share with

something that we call the war for jobs.

And rather than just trying to explain it,

I think what I'm going to do is read this one page note that we sent out to all the people

on our mailing list.

It gives it an understanding of what the program is or what the movement is and then we can

talk about it and why it can be such an

important thing in our society and in our organizations and in our families.
