Mince Bowl Recipe

 

  • Fry up bacon, onion, garlic. Then add zuccini, mushroom, capsicum, olives, mince meat or brown rice ‘ lentils. Add spices ( salt, smoked paprika, cumin, pepper, chili)
  • Serve with fresh avocado and sour cream

Hey guys, how's it going? Welcome to episode 34. On this episode, we're going to be

diving deep on all things resolutions. And I did a vote on my Instagram. It was like,

do you guys want me to talk about cutting, you know, the dead weight from last year, moving on

from those things and starting fresh, or do you want me to talk about resolutions? It was actually

quite a close call with the votes. I think I had like 780 for cutting the dead weight and 850 for like resolutions.

So it was pretty tight. And anyway, we are a democracy. So we're going with the highest vote,

which is resolutions. But as I started putting down notes for this podcast, I realized that I was able to actually group the two kind of together.

It is definitely resolutions, but I am part of those resolutions is a small section of it.
