this on your own and to work through it this summer. Now, this is inspired by the fact that I am going

on sabbatical. This is actually a part two last week. I talked about the reasons why I'm going

on sabbatical and the short verse is to focus on being with my son, to focus on grounding my nervous system,

taking a break, all that jazz, and hopes of returning back at the end of fall, or whenever I feel

inspired to do so, rejuvenated and ready to continue to teach and serve and all that.

But I wanted to leave some real tangible task, tools, homework for you to do to go deeper in the things that we talk about here.

So last week, I did summer homework for us when it comes to relationship goals.

For those of us who want to cultivate and grow healthy relationships, I gave homework there for you to write out, for you to do.

It was a lot. And so if you've done it,

I hope that you have found a lot of relief from it. If you have started it, but you had to take some pauses, that is to be expected. It is a lot to work through and a lot to process.
