Let's see, I was trying to think of what things I need to talk about I've been having issues with my sleep so I tried to go to bed the same, try to get the same time, but I don't know

if it's just with my hormones or what's going on.

But yeah, so I've been doing some Ricci mushrooms trying that out. Yep, and some

melatonin, I've up my dose on that I'm over like 10 milligrams of melatonin and then doing some Benadryl.

So just to, I want to get up and work out in the morning and I just, there's been days I haven't

been able to get up so I'm just like I gotta try something.
