Summary
If you are someone that gets totally stressed out about the "weigh in" experience then this episode will be super helpful for you!
This episode is a MUST LISTEN if you experience any of the following:
- You change your nutrition/fitness game plan almost daily based on what the scale says. Example: "Oh I've lost weight...I can CHEAT today!" or "Oh no I'm UP....no eating for me today!".
- You are nearing a goal number and you are really stressing out because your results are slowing down. Example: "I'm so close to being under 200lbs for the first time in 20 years....why is it taking so long to cross that line???"
- You feel a ton of anxiety about the scale and you get in your head about it pretty much no matter what it says.
Listen in as I walk you through a series of steps that you can take to get out of your head about the scale!
