I hope that you're doing well, that you're feeling well, and hope that, yeah, that just

things are going well for you right now and that you're where you want to be or on your

way to where you want to be.

And that place could be nowhere.

That place could be this very moment in time, in all of its abundance and everything that it has to offer, paired

with an immense feeling of gratitude that you're conscious enough to be able to experience

it at all, rather than spending a large chunk of your day or your life in a state of grasping

an attachment which keeps you distracted

from the richness and the incredible nature of reality and rather in your head grasping at a

scenario or a narrativized version of existence which can't possibly exist.

So in this podcast, I am going to talk about, we're going to go a little old school here.

So, you know, I don't know how long.

Some of you've been following these podcasts that I've been doing for a decade, which is really wild to me.

I mean, that's 10 December's, you know, that's a lot of time.

And so, first off, I really appreciate that.

It blows my mind that someone would do that, and I'm grateful for it and I appreciate it. I hope that

you know that what what I've offered at the very least has been entertaining over the years

perhaps at the most insightful or useful to you in some way. So we're going to go to old school

you know in the early episodes I talked a lot about spirituality, like head on.

And I got to where I don't talk about it as much unless I'm asked about it.
