I think about this pretty regularly.

I'm conscious of it.

I think it's a really useful mental shift and repositioning of your subconscious in an interesting way.

And what I'm talking about is the way in which you say things,

like how you phrase what you're talking about,

whenever you're talking about your life,

about who you are,

about what you're going to do,

like what your plans are,

how you're going to operate and so forth.

It's really useful to pay attention to the way

that you're talking about it.

Because in my mind, whenever we're speaking, what's happening is that there are a collection of ideas that exist in our subconscious, and those things are always trying

to find their way out.

Ultimately, our brain's whole mission is to get itself to realize things, to get itself

to process and to integrate and to then release whatever it is that's arising

from the subconscious mind into the conscious mind.

And it's amazing if you really think about those things, some of them can take a few hours, a few minutes, a few days,

and some of those things can take like a decade, two decades, three decades.

You know, it's wild that the mind can just be attempting to process something in the subconscious for like half of your

life. It's pretty crazy. And actually recently I've had a couple of insights myself where I've been

sitting there and I'm like, oh, I just had this like realization. Something just clicked.
