Yeah, one of the things I've been focusing on is like really just being mindful of having good,

I'm going to call it consciousness hygiene.

Because basically, you know, we are, the way that we live our lives, you know, we're always

online, phones are in our faces all the time, we're streaming things, we just have all

the digital maximalism blasting us. And of course, the way that that stuff is evolved is

like, it's all ultimately leads to some type of capitalistic

pursuit because you know the streaming services are trying to of course get you to subscribe

and keep you as a subscriber you know every social media thing you engage with is is all about

engagement and so therefore they're going to, you know,

the things that lead your attention the most, they're going to push to the top and then

sequence that with advertisements around it. So they're getting a lot of eyeballs. And then,

therefore, those advertisements are paying them a lot because they're getting a lot of eyeballs.

And, you know, and on and on.

And what that does is it creates this ecosystem where the most engagement and the most things that can hijack your attention when.

And those things inherently are things that cause outrage, things that are quote-unquote controversial, which are usually like fake or manufactured controversy, things that make you feel a sense of desire so that you'll keep searching and keep scrolling and keep wanting and on and on and on.

And of course, then many of those things are nested in opinions.

And they're not even real opinions a lot of times.

They're often either poorly or not researched at all opinions,

or they are fake opinions that are

positioned to get you to engage, to listen, to feel irritated, to respond, to react, whatever
