Oh, Christmas and today, you know, I usually try to be as transparent as possible on this show. And we are. And, you know, no, no detail is too long as we say. Yes, as we as we talk about my garbage anxiety and whatnot. But this time,

what happened over this weekend was so remarkable. And beyond what I expected to happen, I'm not comfortable talking about it on the show. No, I understand that. And then I do think as transparent as we attempt to be with listeners, it is important that you and I do have the freedom to occasionally keep something back to hold something out of the show. And it seems like that's exactly the kind of situation you went through this weekend. And I respect that. And I'm sure a lot of people read about it in the papers anyway. So there's no point.

And me adding more fuel to the fire. I will let them legally. You have been advised that it's it's best. The less you say on the matter, the better. Yes. Boy, I feel like I'm juicing myself. It's something bad happens to be that weekend. I have to delete this file. Well, I was going to make some maybe not even joke, but reference. This is a real thing is that as this is being released to the world, I will be in Houston, the greater Houston, Texas area doing a TV story because Andrew.

I take two weeks off in the winter and two weeks off in the summer. And those are pretty sort of kind of sacred days for me or weeks for me, because it's like most of the time I'm kind of working a bunch of different jobs. And I really try to set those, those weeks aside and just really unplug and really get my head right. So that's why I'm beginning my vacation by doing one of my jobs in Houston. But anyway, I'm going down the day after Christmas. You're hopping on a plane.

Nope. This is because remember, and Christmas before your incident, that was Friday, right. Then there was the two days within during which the incident happened. Right. And now it's Monday, where we can't talk about the incident. And that's why you couldn't help me over the weekend, because I was flying to Houston safely flying to Houston, where I'll be interviewing a former NFL player named Eddie Jackson, who is now a star of the food various food network television type program.

And as an expert on game day food. So this will be a TV story that will air on CBS on Super Bowl Sunday. Right.

Um, eating neat. Andrew. Oh, wow, because I don't know. I mean, it's game day food. It's barbecue. Am I allowed to, I mean, I don't know. I'm.

I don't want to be. I don't want to, if there's a scene where it's like, hey, try this. This is my special whatever recipe. I just don't feel like I need to in that moment say, no, I don't eat meat. That doesn't seem like a fun answer.

There seems like no but. Well, is there any food that you wouldn't do it for? Because, you know, I'm a much more picky eater than you. Of course, you're a vegetarian, which is why this eating meat thing.

Uh, you know, is a little bit outside the box there. But, um, you used to eat meat and not all that long ago. So it's not as gross to you. But like for me, it would be like if they said, hey, we're going to pay you a certain amount of money to go out and cover the cottage cheese festival, I would say.

I am also covering that. I would say no, not the gig last year, but I finally secure the cottage cheese assignment. Is there any assignment you wouldn't take because you wouldn't eat the food? Like I literally I think that if I were to take the cottage cheese store, I would end up vomiting on camera, which would be bad.

I don't have that strong of a reaction to that kind of like just stuff that I don't like. I mean, I wouldn't I would rather not eat haggis for so many reasons or particular kinds of blood sausage.

Things that are like very awful based and by that, I mean like OFFAL.

Uh, if that's how you spell that word, but like, you know, things from sort of internal organs, I find that especially not pleasant in my mind.

Yeah, sweet. Uh, those those so funny because people love those sweet breads and sweet meats that are like basically tastes like chicken McNuggets, but they're like glands, right?
