One thing I found since I've started doing health hackers this podcast is the number of differing views from different experts.

thought that keto was the only way and then when I interview all these different

experts and there were so many different views and then I begin to the question what I even know and I wonder how you take on because you've done what like 300 and something episodes of your podcast with different experts and your own nutrition is you've got your own training and your own experience,
