we generally are so attached to our feelings, our emotions,

our perceived circumstances of what we're experiencing,

that whenever we experience those things,

whether it be something good or bad,

if we have a good conversation or bad,

whenever something goes our way or doesn't go away,

we allow that, the chance of that moment to dictate

how we're feeling.

Because we look at those things and go,

oh, well, this is where I'm at right now.

And so I'm going to react to the circumstance or, you know, how something went or just what happens to be happening.

And by doing that, we lose the sign of the bigger picture.

We also lose the sovereignty of our own sense of self, because we allow the outer world.

We allow other people's attitudes, other people's feelings and opinions. We allow

the circumstances that are unfolding in society. We allow the chance of being and of life.

We allow the power structures that were forced to engage with as human beings living in the modern era.

And by that, I mean politics, whether it be office or geopolitical, and so forth.

You know, so whenever we, like, allow those things to dictate how we're feeling and where

our life is at, then kind of lose that control.

You know, we lose our sense of self.

And we can never feel something that's really important, which is safety.

We don't feel a sense of grounded security.
