So you're on the West Coast and San Diego, I think, since we had a little conversation before we started, you know, on the recording of this here. But first of all, you're in San Diego. It's sunny. It's warm. The rest of us here, it's kind of we're starting to get into the fall. It's getting cooler here and stuff like that. What's it? What is it like there? Am I right that it's sunny and warm there right now? It's like the best place. I mean, I feel like I've lived across the country, like multiple places,

but then San Diego, you can't complain. It's always 70s during the day and then 60s at night.
