1:38.0	pretty ominous news with regards to climate change in the name of this IPCC report which came out
1:48.0	a few weeks ago and said we may reach an increase of 1.5 degrees Celsius a decade earlier than we
1:57.1	thought. So I want to get your take on that report. Well, there's many ways to look at that report.
2:05.7	As researchers, there was nothing new in the report for us. We get RSS feeds every day from climate
2:11.6	scientists and the UNFCC, which is the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. And what was
2:17.2	new about it actually was some good news. Two things. One is that it was unanimous. No IPCC report
2:27.0	before has been unanimous. In every country in the world, this is a member of the UN Framework
