But to get started here and introduce you to our podcast audience, I'll start with the big question.

So you're a holistic plastic surgeon. So what I first heard about you from our mutual friend,

JJ Virgin, who just raves about you, and I'm like, holistic plastic surgery,

the first question that comes up is, what is that? So what is a holistic plastic surgeon?

So you think about plastic surgery, and it is basically the farthest thing from being

quote unquote holistic. And so for me, I mean, I went through the traditional training of

being a plastic surgeon. I did medical school. I did surgery residency. General surgery. I did

plastic surgery. I did a fellowship out in Beverly Hills. And it got to the point, Jason, where
