but it's the perfect book at the perfect time and I think you can help so many people

and I'm going to start with the title. I thought it was so interesting. It's Every Day Vitality.

You could have said Every Day. Happiness, Every Day. Joy, there's so many different

titles you could have went with. I'm very curious why Vitality? Well, it was a word that,

to me, capture the physical and the psychological mental health and something that maybe we don't

think about enough but really is a marker of our Every Day health and resilience and it's really

vitality is that positive feeling of aliveness and energy and I think it's really a cornerstone

of our well-being and when you sort of feel strong in your Every Day life that you can manage a lot

of like the hassles and a lot of like the irritations and a lot of the difficult sort of challenges

unexpectedly get thrown your way and Vitality to me was something that we weren't talking about

enough and that could kind of capture that essence and I did think about calling it Every Day

Resilience but to me Vitality was something that was actually at the core of Every Day Resilience

and that unlocks Every Day Resilience. Got it. And so you start the book by saying
