Summary
You can end up feeling really crummy, sad, and even unattractive after a breakup or divorce. In this episode, I'm going to give you some ideas as to how you can boost your self-confidence with an inner and outer makeover. Think of it as "rebuilding" yourself into a stronger, happier, healthier version. However, the most important thing to note is that this does NOT mean changing the essence of who you are or your overall personality. AND this doesn't mean in any way that you aren't good enough as you are. It's about making some changes to help yourself feel better in every way. xo
