You know, the last couple of weeks I've had the opportunity to be on the road and to get

to see so many of you in person, both at the boutique summit, which was awesome,

by the way, and at Magic in Vegas, which felt so good to be back. And I think one thing is so

clear when I was on the road this month. And that is, I feel like in the last 10 months, 18 months, maybe,

our industry has changed at a pace of 10 years.

You know, what used to be a one-size-fits-all industry where we had boutiques that were mainly

brick and mortar, all of a sudden slowly merged, that doesn't make sense, all of a sudden

slowly merged, slowly merged into this online boutique phenomenon we've had

maybe in the last five, six years.

But then when COVID happened, I feel like all of a sudden it came so fast into what we have

now, which is not a one-size-fits-all boutique industry, but instead we have successful

brick-and-m and mortar boutiques because

our world wants to shop small and they want to do business with people, right? Because people
