suggested that I start listening to something to help my anxiety, which has

been consuming me pretty bad for the last few weeks.

I've always had anxiety issues and used to be on medication and then he lists the medication.

I have since gone off the medication in an attempt to better myself and because my anxiety has gone away.

Recently, I had some issues with my boss and my job that triggered my anxiety to return.
