This topic that's been arising for me more and more.

sure other people have used it before me. But to define what

that is, is this pressure that we have from our friends, our family, you know, our

specific others, our content creators, I'm just joking, our content creators, you know,

our bosses, like all these things.

This pressure to always be available to respond to emails immediately,

to like someone text you and they're like expecting you to be live,

like at all times.

Like you're just walking around this, um, like open chat window like perpetually

like DMing everyone at all times. You should be available. You know, I was thinking about it in

terms of like it's kind of turned us into these customer service agents of our own lives.
