On this podcast today, I'm going to, I'm going to get a little abstract, so I hope that's cool with you.

It's just something I've been thinking about.

This came through speaking with someone, but this is kind of an interesting irony about like self-discovery and wisdom.

So generally, and I'm going to assume everyone listening to this is somewhat of a seeker.

And, you know, what are we seeking? I mean, I'm certainly a seeker. What are we seeking?

What are we seeking? We're seeking. I mean, I'm certainly a seeker. What are we seeking? We are seeking self-understanding.

We are seeking the understanding of the world and the universe, what it means to be human,

how we can feel better. I think a lot of our cases, how we it means to be human, how we can feel better.

I think a lot of our, you know, cases, how we can overcome traumas and pains and

what not that we've experienced in our lives.

How can we gain self-clarity so that we can live more intentionally and be who we know we're capable of.

A positive force in the world.

Someone who is...

Someone whose existence means something not because of what they did, but because of who they are.

Like whenever I look back and think about all of the hundreds and hundreds of podcasts or the books or the

all of the writing I've done and put out into the world of all the dozens of albums, you know,

or countless conversations I've had,

I don't think about all that stuff as this archive of my output. I don't think about any of that stuff at all, but I think about is in the moment whenever

I'm doing those things, how is it going to affect, how is it affecting me?

And can I somehow get that through, my feeling of the work I'm creating can I get that into

someone else whenever they read or listen or or whatever whatever I've created

and so if we're that's you know what we're all doing generally what's going to happen is we're going to look for if we're, that's, you know, what we're all doing. Generally, what's going to happen is we're going to look, if we're actively seeking,
