Let's begin. Hello, hello. Today we are talking about the five stages of healing from love addiction.

0:57.8

So as you're healing your trauma and going through the life cycle of restructuring your

1:01.6

relationships with yourself and with other people, there are different stages that you

1:05.1

will go through.

1:05.7

I'm a therapist by trade.

1:06.9

I've been a therapist since 2009.

1:08.6

I've been coaching specifically for love addiction since

1:10.8

around 2015. And I've also gone through my own recovery from love addiction and heal it from

1:15.5

a resolved childhood trauma and other relational trauma that has caused these patterns. And I've also

1:20.0

helped thousands of women do so themselves. And so through my experience and through my practice,

I have learned what are the different markers, what are the different tasks, what are the different blocks that it takes for women to break the cycle in their own life, not only to develop the relationships that they want with other people, but most importantly with themselves, and again, to heal from that unresolved childhood trauma. The name of my model is the self-intimacy and relational health model. I will be teaching a certification for that in the future, but for right now, we are going to learn how to apply this to our own life. And there are five stages of healing for every woman who is breaking this cycle. Today, I'm going to talk about those five stages. See where you line up. See if you're a little bit in one and a little bit in another, if you found a towing a line. But for each stage, I'm going to talk about the gift that each stage gives us. I'm going to talk about the qualifiers and what makes it hard. And as we talk about the stages, you'll be able to see what are the markets that you are moving forward and making progress. Thanks for listening to this week's podcast. Before we get started, let's take a small break to say thank you to this week's sponsors.

Okay, so for each stage, there are therapeutic tasks, and depending on where you are, with each of

2:24.5

them, it will determine where you are in the cycle. I'm not going to go through all of the

2:28.4

therapeutic tasks for each stage. I'm just going to focus on each of the stages for now. If you

2:33.0

are on our YouTube channel, I will be making smaller videos for each of the different tasks. So follow this there. But here on the podcast and in this video, we're going to go through each of the different stages. For each of the stages, I want you to know that they are all morally neutral. There is not one that makes you a better person than another one. It's just where you are in the process.
