So either way, when running a business, you will inevitably

run into people who have had just, you know, a different expectation of what you were giving them

or you drop the ball on giving them that expectation or you know whatever and then when they

don't receive it they get angry and very angry you know so what do we do when

that happens when a client starts you know raging or threatening to sue or leaving nasty

e-mails or publicly slandering you online. It can just feel, it can just feel like a lot

right? Like and so today Evie and I are sitting down and walking through what we would do in certain circumstances like this and what we recommend and how to solve the situation as best you can and how to do so with integrity and grace because you know we're all about those things on the
