exploring Seneca. The whole idea of this series is to explore the world of Stoicism and more specifically the words of Seneca

the younger. Seneca is widely regarded and quoted today as a primary philosopher in the Stoic philosophy,

the Stoic point of view of the world, and I've been hearing so much about this. It's something

that many people I look up to like Tim Ferris speak about constantly and many

people that I consider friends actively utilize it in their lives and so I wanted to be able to

explore exactly what stoicism is what it means and how we can use it in our day-to-day lives in order to improve our ability to perform and our ability

to accomplish our goals quite simply.

And so on this series exploring Seneca, I intend to read a quote from

Seneca the Younger. Now the goal here isn't to push these quotes or these ideas as fact or as truth or as something you need to

adopt. It's largely to start a discussion to present something that has made it through time one idea from one single person
