Hello, Wienabbers, my name is Jesse Meekham, and this is podcast number 325 for

Wienab, where we teach you four roles to help you stop leaving paycheck to paycheck,

I am testing a little bit of blind obedience in my own life and this is a little mini report

on my New Year's resolution.

I know I committed to everyone and by everyone I mean

these padded walls. They are really padded. I am not in a straight jacket. They are

padded to help with the acoustics. So I at least talk to these walls and you know I'm going to pause for a moment.

I was listening to another podcast, actually related to this topic today, and at the end of every

show they ask for a review from iTunes and I'm thinking man that's not a bad idea

Because it's downloaded lots, lots and lots.

But sometimes you do feel like you're talking to eggshell mattresses hung on the wall, you know?

Okay, so anyway, I talked to you about one of my New Year's resolutions.

I wanted to be public about it, which was to learn Japanese. The goal is not, the goal is to learn

Japanese but the objective was to do something mentally grinding in 2018 and grinding it is. It is a beat down and I'm trying to learn the

kanji as well. I've got a tutor that I do once a week you know for an hour and she's walking me through a

textbook she's awesome and very fun so we have a good time and she tries to teach me

Japanese and I try to learn it and it is a grind.

So checked in on that New Year's resolution.
