Sometimes you're looking around and you're hitting your goals and everything's just chugging

along and you have this idea that maybe you like everyone else should own a cabin.

And it seems like everyone around me has a cabin or has access to a cabin through their grandparents. And man I wish my

grandparents had a cabin, I'm just kidding. But yeah, or my parents heck what the heck so Julie and I've

been talking for years about getting a cabin you can get them cheap in Utah

you can get a very inexpensive cabin if you're willing to drive a good distance and have the cabin be you know rustic.

I've seen people's quote unquote cabins.

Uh, yeah, it's a second home.

You don't call that a cabin.

That is a second home that is not your primary residence and you can't just call

it a cabin because it's not your primary residence.

I'm not saying it has to be an A-frame, but it can't have a movie theater inside it.

That's my rule.

If you have a cabin with a movie theater inside it, you have to call it a second home.

I know people won't like to call a second home because it sounds kind of pretentious, but

you got a movie theater in it, so you got to just own the whole thing. You just got to take the whole pill all the way down, swallow, swallow.

Cabins do not have theater rooms in them,

and that's not what this podcast is about.

So, Julie and I've been talking about,

man, we could get a cabin, right?

We could do that, create all these family memories.
