So we rolled in, we're talking about this book and the middle of a dissection of the life of Colonel Joshua Chamberlain or General Joshua Chamberlain, the hero of little round top,

the 20th Maine who did a bunch of other things in his life.

And one of the parts of this book that Jason, we were talking about before we got started was this letter from Joshua Chamberlain to Governor Coburn.

This is from headquarters, 20th Maine volunteers in the field July 21st, 1863.

And here's what Joshua Chamberlain says and this gives you such a keen insight into his leadership and leadership.
