it's one I coach on a lot inside of Macros 101 and it's and it's something that I find a lot of

consistency and that is the weekends. I find that a lot of women are really able to string today

together days of consistency Monday to Tuesday to Wednesday to Wednesday to Thursday

and then you hit that Friday, Saturday, Sunday,

and it's just like the wheels come off, there's a lot more spontaneous thing going on,

we have dinners out and friends and parties and things like that.

And it just so many women lose it over the weekends
