Today I bring you a live tape episode that I did with Nell Rojas right before the 127th running of the Boston Marathon.

She ran amazing. And in a race where we saw five women in the final mile, still in contention, Helen Arbiri of Kenya was the one to break the tape. And guess what?

Nell crushed it as well. She was third American in the race behind Minnesota's very own,

Emma Bates, who ended up placing fifth, and the 2020 U.S. Olympic

Marathon Trials Champion and Olympian, Alephine Tulema, who finished 11th.
