You know, I think today's behind the Mike episode is an example of how we should never

feel like we've arrived in our business.

Now I know sometimes and I fall in victim of this trap where we achieve a big goal and things

are going well, how easy it is to get a little complacent and just kind of ride the momentum of

what we've created.

That's a dangerous place to be and I think for us as a company we've definitely made that

mistake before, but we want to always be engaged in the process of learning and growth.

And one of the ways that we do that is we create products and we create services and we give it

to all of you and you start to use it, but when you're using it we want to know how can we make

it better and you know we launch this program, Love, Serve, Grow in April as most of you know

and this is something I've talked about this on a past episode, I'm really passionate about

this thing we're teaching and I really believe that it's going to make a big impact in this space

and the way that I see it is we're creating this together, right? We are creating this program, Love,
