Hey there, we're a doctor and a landlord.

Wrongtown General Hospital has been overburdened with landlords with thumb injuries because they've been twiddling their thumbs so much.

Because property values are going up and they're waiting to collect their rent and they have nothing to do except twiddle their thumbs. So they twiddle their thumbs so much that they actually harm their thumbs and they need orthopedic surgeons, orthopedic doctors to look at them filling up the hallways of the hospital. We've got to bring an end to that by setting up a landlord hospital, so that's what we're doing. We looked at the current hospital situation in Wrongtown and we found that there were multiple hospitals dedicated specifically to children,

but zero hospitals dedicated specifically to landlords and their thumb injuries.

And yes, children are the future, but who keeps a roof over children's heads?

Landlords.

It's landlords. And speaking as a landlord myself and I have a lot of landlord friends, I have seen the damage

that thumb-twiddling injuries have wrought within our community.

It's horrifying.

Too often people want to rank children, landlords, who deserves hospitals more?

And it's like, can we just say that

both are equally important? Yes, thank you. And you have no children without landlords, and you have

no landlords without children. And that's a fact. Without the other, each falls apart. And if you've

ever seen the look on a small child's face when they're saying, please want to play video games with you. And you have to say, no, I'm sorry, my thumbs are both in splints. And you can explain to them, you can show the graphs. Look, this is property values going up over time. This is how little work I need to do per month in order to collect the rent check. Yeah, the higher properties go up, the less work you need to do. And the more twiddling, yeah.

Older kids can understand this, but they're still going to ask, why haven't we fixed this yet?

Dad, when I got sick, you took me to the children's hospital, but now you're sick,

why isn't there a hospital for you?

When we were shutting down that children's hospital to turn it into a landlord's hospital, all of the long-term kids, cancer patients, that kind of stuff, they were all applauding and they were saying, finally. You know, I'll wait for my cancer treatment as a child. We're strong. Kids are strong. We've got a lot of life ahead to me. They're typically older. Right. They need the help.

And their children, again, they applaud this.

In fact, we might actually have to open a small children's hospital for all of the applauding

injuries from all of the children who've been celebrating having the children's hospital
