We're going to bring justice to all the people.

So last episode, we had a brief aside where we were talking about the structure of society and specifically like the current system of crime and punishment, the kind of justice system

of our inherited society that we didn't design, but we are subjected to, treating people

as irredeemable pieces of human shit and how we think that is wrong.

So morally wrong for an institution to treat people as irredeemable, even if they have demonstrated

through repeated behavior that they are a challenging subject for the institution, that they are

not a rule-abiding citizen or what have you.

Yeah, morally wrong.

I also think it's functionally not the best way to help people who have acted piece of shittily

to not act that way in the future.

I think it creates more piece of shit behavior to treat people like pieces of shit.

Yeah, and that was something that was like noted even by friend of the show, Peter Kropotkin,

back in the day. In the olden times, yeah. He went to jail and he called the jail something along

the lines of like the nursery of crime. Like people are being treated so poorly here, and then they're also being given access
